This is a secure service that allows IT Staff to assist a user with any technical computer issues by taking control of their desktop (with permission) to perform tasks remotely.
This type of remote Support is often used in conjunction with phone support.
The goal of this remote support is to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness of ITC support. This service will also allow ITC staff to provide enhanced technical support that will greatly improve project delivery.
