Special Session: 'Administering the SME Competitiveness Survey'

This course teaches participants how to administer ITC's SME Competitiveness Survey (SME CS). It begins with an overview of ITC's definition of SME competitiveness and an explanation of the nature of the SME CS, the parties involved in it and the potential uses of the data gathered.
