Mr. Kuriyama is currently Senior Analyst at the APEC Secretariat, Policy Support Unit, working mainly on topics concerning trade and investment liberalization, regulatory and structural reforms. Previously, Kuriyama was a government official at Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, where he was engaged in the Peru-China FTA negotiations, and the Peru-Singapore FTA negotiations.
