Council for Multilateral Business Diplomacy says 'Doha branch still attached to the tree'

The Council for Multilateral Business Diplomacy provides its perspective on the WTO's Eighth Ministerial Conference.  In its current newsletter, it draws conclusions from the proceedings and analyses the speech of ITC's Executive Director, saying, 'Patricia Francis inspires the trade ministers with the ITC’s embrace of building new branches with the private sector'.
