Fiona Shera joined ITC in December 2022 as the division's director. She is a qualified economist with a deep knowledge of trade and development policy and practice. Her decades of experience spans the European Commission, World Bank, the former UK Department for International Development, Traidlinks Uganda and over eight years working in the UK private sector consulting industry.
