Come the day before on 10 September for a full-day ‘early bird special’ of business-to-business meetings and a chance to interact directly with experts in a variety of fields, who will pitch their expertise to you:

How will this marketplace of experts work?
There will be 4-5 consecutive rounds of 15-minute conversations with experts. During that time, participants will have a chance to form small groups around an expert to hear insights, gather business tips and ask questions before moving on to a different expert.

Join our business-to-business meetings
Business-to-business meetings will gather companies of all sizes in the agricultural sector from across the globe, linking producers and buyers, exporters and importers, commercial farmers and manufacturers. Companies from 20 countries already have registered to take part in the meetings.
Business matchmaking will focus on crops and oilseeds, as well as their processed products; honey; agricultural technologies and storage systems; and packaging solutions.
Using ITC’s online business-matching platform, each company participating in the business-to-business meetings will be able to consult the profiles of other companies and request appointments in advance with those they would like to meet with.
Over the course of two days, each company will have the opportunity to meet up to 15 potential business partners during 30-minute meetings, as well as request additional appointments organized on the spot.
The WEDF plenary sessions support these meetings with topics such as reducing risk in agricultural supply chains, packaging solutions, green finance options, improving border transit times and more.
