DESCRIPTION DU COURS
Ce cours présente aux participants les aspect fondamentaux de l'industrie internationale du cacao, du point de vue des producteurs. Il commence par un aperçu général du marché international du cacao, expliquant la structure de sa chaîne d'approvisionnement et présentant les principaux acteurs multinationaux qui y jouent des rôles primordiaux, avec un accent particulier sur la nature concurrentielle de l'industrie. Il aborde ensuite les bases des accords et des envois internationaux de cacao, donnant aux participants une bonne connaissance de la manière de préparer le cacao pour le transport transfrontalier, ainsi que des clauses contractuelles les plus importantes et des procédures les plus souvent utilisées pour régler les différends. Finalement, ce cours aborde la question cruciale de la qualité, et donne aux participants les outils nécessaires pour identifier et évaluer les critèrse de qualité clés du cacao, leur fournissant quelques conseils pour obtenir une récolte de meilleure qualité.Après avoir terminé ce cours, les participants seront en mesure de :

Finally, the course discusses the crucial issue of quality, giving producers with the necessary tools to identify and assess the key quality criteria for cocoa and providing some tips to achieve a better quality crop.After having completed this course, participants will be able to:
