Ministers meet with ITC on sidelines of WTO Ministerial

ITC is hosting government Ministers from the around the world as they gather in Geneva for the World Trade Organization (WTO)’s Eighth Ministerial Conference. 

ITC’s senior management has been holding meetings on the sidelines of the WTO conference, discussing ITC’s trade related technical assistance with Ministers including from Zambia, Senegal, Pakistan, Sao Tome, Bhutan, Haiti and Indonesia, as well as with the president of the Islamic Development Bank. Issues discussed ranged from the Enhanced Integrated Fund (EIF) Tier 2 Fund, to the PACT II strategy on leather, to plans for ITC’s 2012 World Export Development Forum (WEDF).
