SheTrades Summit ITC High-Level Event on the Launch of the WTO-ITC Women Exporters Acceleration Fund
Overview
The 13th WTO Ministerial Conference offers an opportunity to build on the momentum and galvanize the global community to advance gender equality and women’s participation in international trade. WTO and ITC will bring together governments, corporations, financial institutions, and thought leaders for a joint high-level event for women entrepreneurs in collaboration with the government of the United Arab Emirates.
The event serves as the platform to launch the Women Exporters Accelerator Fund (WEAF), a pivotal initiative to accelerate women’s participation in international trade. The launch is preceded by a WTO-ITC SheTrades Summit for Women Entrepreneurs where we will organize field visits, share knowledge, network, and forge business collaborations. The SheTrades Innovation Festival, will celebrate women entrepreneurs who break the glass ceiling in the digital space.
