    The ARISE Plus Lao PDR at ITC is looking for one intern to support with the communications for the implementation of the project’s Communications and Visibility Plan and the Communications’ Annual Workplan. The intern shall gain meaningful work experience in the communication area of trade-related technical assistance, knowledge of the UN system and the media ecosysytem in Lao PDR.     The International Trade Centre (ITC) is recruiting interns to work on technical textiles under the Global Textiles and Clothing Programme (GTEX). The individual will work with the value chains of Fibres, Textiles and Clothing. From farmers to fashion shows, we search for motivated individuals who want to learn more of the Textiles and Clothing sector.

    The TOR attached provide a more detailed overview of the duties and responsibilities expected of the Intern. The candidate should have some knowledge of the textiles and clothing sector, they must also possess experience in the area of ??project planning and implementation. Excellent knowledge of the global textile and clothing industry and a proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
