Green Stories for Lunch – Plant Powered: Sustainability, one plate at a time

ITC kicks off its Green Stories for Lunch series 2022 with a session featuring Lidia Diaz from the Dominican Republic, one of the winners of the ITC Youth Ecopreneur Awards 2021. The founder of plant-based food and beverage firm Plant Powered will explore with participants sustainable eating, the environmental impact of our eating habits, and how political action starts on our own plates.
